1. Binding Agreement

We reserve the right to demand age verification proof at any moment. Users who cannot adequately verify their age will have access terminated without warning.

3. Social Casino Status

Crynthalos functions exclusively as a social casino. This classification means we provide casino-style entertainment without real money gambling. No actual currency can be deposited, wagered, or withdrawn. No real money prizes exist. All in-game currencies, credits, points, and virtual items are worthless outside the game context and cannot be exchanged for anything of tangible value.

4. Acceptable Behavior Standards

Prohibited actions include: unauthorized access attempts to platform systems, use of automated tools or bots, reverse engineering of games or software, allowing minors to access the platform through your device, engaging in abusive conduct toward other users, and providing false information about your age or identity.

Upon termination, your access rights cease immediately and permanently.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and interpreted according to applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of appropriate courts for any disputes arising from these terms or Crynthalos use.

14. Provision Separability

If any term provision is deemed invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions retain full effect. The invalid provision will be modified minimally to achieve validity and enforceability while preserving original intent to the greatest extent possible.

15. Complete Agreement

These Terms of Service, combined with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, comprise the complete agreement between you and Crynthalos. They supersede all previous agreements, communications, and understandings related to their subject matter.
